Outwear Wall C Profiles; it is used to form metal carrier system in exterior and interior wall applications. It is used by passing between Outwear Wall U profiles. Used in outwear exterior systems and interior partition and cladding wall systems. Outwear or Aypan is screwed to both sides of the profile in wall applications and to one face of the profile in cladding wall applications.

  • It is manufactured from cold-forming method of 0.90 and 0.90 mm thick carbon steel sheet which is galvanized by hot dipping method to prevent corrosion.
  • Galvanized coating thickness is 275 gr / m2.
  • There are longitudinal grooves on it to increase the strength.
  • There are holes on it for ease of installation.
  • It complies with TS EN 14195 (Metal Frame Components Used in Gypsum Board Systems) standard.

Outwear Wall CC Profiles; used in exterior wall systems with double frame. It is used by passing between Outwear Wall U profiles.
